New hires also receive a $6,000 hiring bonus. This position provides consistent and steady miles on flatbed routes, which allows drivers to develop familiarity with their customers and routes. Drivers will be out on trips lasting between 14 to 21 days, depending on their location, enabling a good balance between work and home time.
