Known for its strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, Superior Beverage Group maintains an impressive reputation within the beverage industry. The company fosters a positive workplace culture that highlights respect, teamwork, and continuous growth opportunities for employees, making it a preferred employer in the region.

The CDL A Truck Driver position at Superior Beverage Group plays a crucial role in the operational success of the business by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to retail customers. This full-time role offers competitive starting pay of $25.00 per hour and a generous $1,000 sign-on bonus to welcome new team members. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, first shift, enabling drivers to have their weekends free. Local delivery routes allow all drivers to be home every day, enhancing work-life balance. Part of the role involves rotating products at retail locations to preserve freshness and proper presentation as well as calculating payment totals and collecting payments at each stop. Drivers complete all required paperwork at the end of their routes using various tools, such as route maps and GPS, for efficient navigation.

Superior Beverage Group emphasizes safety by providing gloves and protective gear while keeping delivery vehicles and equipment in excellent condition. Their warehouses and vehicles are clean and well-maintained for a smooth start and end to each day. The work environment is supportive and professional, focused on teamwork, reliability, and respect. Physical activity including lifting kegs up to 168 lbs and cases up to 35 lbs is a key part of the job along with maneuvering in and out of trucks and performing deliveries in all weather conditions. Superior Beverage Group provides a temperature-controlled environment at their facilities to ensure driver comfort during loading and breaks.

The company offers a comprehensive full-time benefits package, which includes medical and dental coverage, a 401(k) plan, paid vacation and personal time, disability coverage, and life insurance. Additional perks include access to an on-site fitness center, showers, employee assistance programs, various company events, and recognition programs designed to celebrate employee achievements. Superior Beverage Group also supports career growth with opportunities to advance into sales, operations, and leadership positions.
