This opportunity is for a professional CDL A Delivery Driver who will play a crucial role in America’s food supply chain by ensuring timely and safe delivery of food and related products. This position offers competitive compensation with average weekly earnings ranging from $1,700 to $1,800 after training, and the potential to earn $3,000 or more weekly. The role follows a team route schedule with a convenient 4-day work week, with shifts scheduled Sunday through Saturday on a rotating basis during nighttime dispatch hours from 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM. In addition to dependable pay, candidates are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus, subject to terms and eligibility restrictions.

As a Delivery Driver at PFG Customized Distribution, you will be responsible for operating tractor trailers or straight trucks on both intrastate and interstate routes, including local, over-the-road, shuttle, overnight, and drive-and-drop routes. You will ensure that deliveries are conducted in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations and company safety standards. Your duties include performing pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections, securing freight, completing accurate paperwork, and unloading goods at customer locations. You will serve as the face of the company, building strong customer relationships through excellent communication and professional interaction with customers, vendors, and team members.

This role requires physical agility to handle lifting and use of equipment such as two-wheelers and lift gates to move products typically ranging from 10 to 35 pounds, and in some cases, up to 90 pounds. Drivers are expected to perform thorough damage control checks, manage customer returns, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and submit daily logs in adherence to federal and state regulations.
