Established in 1894, McLane has built a vast nationwide network of team members, supporting a diverse clientele across the restaurant, retail, and e-commerce sectors. The company is renowned for its dedication to reliability, safety, and innovative practices, which have driven its sustained success as an industry pioneer. Emphasizing a people-centered culture, McLane continuously incorporates the newest technologies and fosters comprehensive team member training to maintain agility in meeting client needs. The organization values diversity, equity, and inclusion, offering equal employment opportunities without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status. Candidates undergo background checks and drug screenings as per applicable laws, underscoring the company’s commitment to maintaining a safe and professional workplace.

As a CDL-A Delivery Driver at McLane, you will play a crucial role in moving, supplying, and providing for some of America’s favorite brands. This career path blends safety, responsibility, and competitive pay with work-life balance initiatives such as a four-day workweek and daily home time. Drivers are integral to McLane’s operations, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of products by following strict commercial driving regulations and client requirements. The role includes operating tractor-trailers, performing thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, managing driver logs, and ensuring accurate delivery documentation like bill of lading and store keys. Drivers must be proactive about safety and compliance, actively contributing to McLane’s reputation for excellence. With an annual pay range from $80,000 to $90,000 and top earners making up to $110,000, as well as a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 based on experience, McLane offers a rewarding compensation package. Benefits start from day one, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, and a 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days. Additional perks such as pet insurance, maternity/paternity leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, and tuition reimbursement further enhance the comprehensive benefits McLane provides its valued CDL-A teammates.
