With a vast network extending across the United States and into more than 40 countries worldwide, PFG Customized Distribution plays a vital role in the food supply chain by providing tailored distribution solutions that help restaurants efficiently manage product lines, menu changes, and account coordination. This company is known for its commitment to quality, customer service, and operational excellence, ensuring their clients receive timely deliveries and consistent support for their foodservice needs.

The role of a CDL-A Delivery Driver at PFG Customized Distribution is a critical position underlying the company’s success in supporting America’s food distribution system. Safety is paramount in this role, with drivers required to strictly follow all DOT rules, perform thorough equipment and cargo inspections, and report any safety hazards or maintenance needs immediately.

In addition to the operational responsibilities, drivers contribute to a team-oriented culture that values respect, recognition, and employee well-being. PFG Customized Distribution supports their drivers with comprehensive benefits starting from day one, such as health and wellness benefits, an employee stock purchase plan, 401K employer matching, education assistance, and paid time off. This position offers ample growth opportunities for those who are passionate about essential work that sustains the nation’s food distribution infrastructure.
