This position is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and operates on a Monday through Friday schedule with a daily start time between 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m, without weekend work.

The Delivery Driver role at Codale Electric requires a professional with a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A) responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently using commercial vehicles or box trucks. The primary duty of the Delivery Driver is to ensure that all deliveries are made accurately and on time, maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. The role demands strong route management skills to optimize driving time and fuel use, along with adherence to traffic laws and company policies. Preparation and assistance with loading and unloading products are essential to prevent damage and ensure safe handling of materials. Exceptional customer service skills are necessary for effective communication during deliveries, and the driver must handle delivery documentation accurately, including obtaining signatures and completing delivery logs. The Delivery Driver is also expected to perform routine vehicle maintenance checks, maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle, and resolve delivery issues effectively, escalating problems that cannot be resolved on-site to management. When not driving, the Delivery Driver supports warehouse operations by organizing inventory and preparing orders. The ability to manage time efficiently, solve problems, lift items up to 50 pounds, and operate in physically demanding conditions are key competencies for this role. Codale Electric values candidates with experience in commercial driving, knowledge of FMCSA rules, and the ability to pass a DOT physical exam with a valid medical card.
