Clear Channel Outdoor is currently seeking an Advertiser Client Services (ACS) Campaign Coordinator to join their team at the Allentown, PA location. This role is pivotal for ensuring smooth execution and coordination of clients' advertising artwork within airport advertising displays. As a vital link between sales, in-field operations, airport staff, and clients, the ACS Campaign Coordinator manages the entire lifecycle of advertising campaigns from production to installation. This position is a regular, full-time role demanding an individual with strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced conditions.
In this role, the ACS Campaign Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for advertising clients, establishing clear timelines, location specifications, and client responsibilities necessary to achieve campaign success. Key responsibilities include collaborating with diverse teams to coordinate artwork that aligns with Clear Channel Outdoor Airport standards, managing artwork approval processes with airport staff, and troubleshooting any installation or display-related issues proactively to prevent delays or errors.
The ideal candidate will have a background in advertising production, graphic design, or related fields, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, prepress workflow tools, and print management systems. Experience in managing production workflows and schedules, along with strong analytical skills to prepare performance and completion reports, is essential. The role requires excellent communication, decision-making, time management, and adaptability skills to effectively handle client needs and internal coordination.
Working in a temperature-controlled office environment at 7450 Tilghman Street, Suite 104, Allentown, PA, the ACS Campaign Coordinator must also have the physical capability to sit or stand for extended periods, lift up to 15 pounds, and travel for client or corporate meetings as necessary. Job Duties
- Collaborate with sales, in-field operations, airport staff and advertising clients to successfully coordinate and execute campaigns
- act as client's first point of contact to establish timelines, location display specifications, and client responsibilities throughout campaigns
- coordinate with clients, designers and vendors to ensure artwork and copy meet Clear Channel Outdoor standards and are production-ready
- manage artwork content approval with airport staff
- act as liaison between internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment to campaign goals
- triage and troubleshoot display specifications or installation issues and communicate solutions to avoid errors
- generate and deliver proof of performance and completion reporting to sales and advertiser clients
- perform other duties as assigned or requested
