Job Requirements
- Previous General Manager restaurant experience required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to following established systems, policies, and procedures
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 20 pounds
- Availability to work a minimum of 5 days per week and 45 to 55 hours per week
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to provide guidance and respond to operational issues outside scheduled shifts

Job Duties
- Ensure full compliance with all McDonald's policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized restaurant at all times
- Deliver excellence in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC)
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are properly maintained
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and consistency
- Deliver, model, and enforce outstanding customer service in accordance with McDonald's standards and procedures
- Work with demanding customers
- Resolve customer concerns promptly using established service recovery methods
- Ensure a positive experience for every customer visit
