Job Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Ability to handle equipment, pans, pots and reach shelving
- Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
- Mobility required during shifts
- Must work well under pressure
- Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
- Must have a valid drivers license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in food service or catering helpful
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Familiarity with food safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare catering orders accurately
- Package food items with care
- Deliver or facilitate pickup of catering orders
- Ensure food safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with front and back of house teams
- Assist restaurant operations when not engaged in catering tasks
- Respond quickly to changes or edits to orders
