Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prep and assemble meals to the specifications noted on the Banquet Event Orders (BEO)
  • assist with general upkeep and cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and supplies
  • be available for hot food runs, deliveries, and onsite cooking as needed
  • maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • assist with inventory management and supply ordering
