Job Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience in a high-volume professional kitchen
  • Catering or events experience strongly preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to lead calmly under pressure
  • Basic computer literacy

Job Duties

  • Partner closely with the Executive Chef to execute menus with consistency, creativity, and efficiency
  • Lead daily kitchen operations including production planning, prep oversight, and event execution
  • Supervise and guide kitchen staff during production days, tastings, and on-site events
  • Oversee corporate drop-off catering production ensuring accuracy, timing, and presentation standards
  • Uphold all food quality, sanitation, and safety standards across production and service
  • Assist with ordering, inventory management, and vendor coordination
  • Train, mentor, and support kitchen team members fostering accountability and professional growth
  • Step seamlessly into service and production needs as a hands-on leader
