The company is committed to creating unforgettable moments for a diverse clientele that includes weddings, holiday parties, corporate retreats and social gatherings. As part of its growth strategy, Proof of the Pudding is expanding its footprint into the greater Dallas area, continuing to bring the same level of dedication and hospitality that has become synonymous with its brand.
Proof of the Pudding proudly serves as the official caterer for the Frisco Roughriders baseball team, providing premium food service at one of the most scenic venues in Frisco, Texas. Within this exciting environment, Proof of the Pudding is seeking dynamic and motivated Catering Servers to join their premium department. This role is a seasonal, part-time position that operates primarily during athletic events and catered functions. Catering Servers play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of game day suites and catering events. Their responsibilities include maintaining high standards of food safety and compliance with regulations such as the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) standards. These employees are vital to delivering an elevated hospitality experience that matches the high-profile nature of events held at Roughriders Field.
This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17 to $18 per hour. Additionally, Catering Servers benefit from on-the-job training, daily meals provided during shifts, and the opportunity to work within a flexible schedule that generally avoids conflicts with home baseball game days. Working with Proof of the Pudding means joining a company that values teamwork, initiative, and professional growth, with clear pathways for advancement. The role demands a high level of energy, the ability to multitask, and strong communication skills to effectively engage with guests and team members alike. The work environment spans premium event spaces, storage areas, and suites, requiring physical capabilities like lifting approximately 30 to 40 pounds and prolonged periods of standing and moving around. Adherence to company uniform and safety guidelines is essential.
Overall, this role perfectly suits individuals passionate about hospitality, eager to learn and grow in a professional catering setting, and interested in being part of a company with a long-standing commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Proof of the Pudding encourages an inclusive workplace culture and is dedicated to equal employment opportunities for all qualified applicants regardless of background or identity.
