This exciting collaboration extends to the Global Hospitality division, where the focus is on offering guests exceptional venue experiences that go well beyond game days or shows. With culinary offerings ranging from exquisite five-star feasts to craft cocktails, local specialties, and innovative chef-inspired dishes, the organization prioritizes delighting guests throughout every touchpoint. A standout project under this partnership is their role as the official hospitality partner of Raymond James Stadium, the home stadium of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Legends oversees the food and beverage program for concessions, suites, and premium areas during football games, concerts, special events, and all food and beverage-related activations, including the iconic Pirate Ship attraction. This commitment elevates the overall fan experience, ensuring Raymond James Stadium is recognized as one of the premier NFL venues.
The Catering Server role is an integral part of this mission, tasked with delivering friendly and efficient service to ensure positive guest interactions. These servers are expected to be attentive, making every guest feel welcome, comfortable, important, and relaxed. Service excellence is a priority, and Catering Servers follow Legends’ rigorous Service Standards, which include promptly greeting guests, efficiently taking and delivering orders, polishing service details through check-backs, and maintaining tables.

Job Requirements
- Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards
- Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced, team orientated setting
- Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications
- Demonstrates excellent guest service skills
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
- Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25lbs
- Must be able to read, speak and write English Language in order to communicate with guests
- Must have two (2) to three (3) years working in a fast-paced high-end club, or restaurant
- Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers and USF games
- Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed their expectations
- Follow the Legends Service Standards including greeting guests within 1 minute of arrival to their seats, taking beverage orders within 2 minutes, ringing in items into the Point of Sales system properly, delivering beverages within 5 minutes after placing the order, suggesting menu items and taking orders, delivering food orders in a timely manner, conducting 2 minute / 2 bite check backs, practicing table maintenance, checking back for additional drink orders, delivering bills and collecting payments in a timely manner
- Perform all opening, closing and side work duties as assigned
- Be knowledgeable of food and beverage items offered in the assigned location
- Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines as required by Federal, State and Local laws and in compliance with company standards
- Adhere to all Legends uniform and grooming guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
