The role on offer is an impactful gig-based catering position that focuses on facilitating breakfast and lunch events for business clients in the Chicago area. This position operates Monday through Friday from 8 am to 2 pm and involves using a personal vehicle to manage equipment and food pickups, transport, setup, and client interaction on-site. Compensation is gig-dependent, approximately equivalent to $21-$23 per hour, plus 100% of client tips. The successful candidate will be responsible for hosting catering events with a customer-oriented approach and a professional demeanor, ensuring smooth event execution and excellent guest communication. Efficiency, strategic teamwork, and attention to detail are key components of the job. This role offers flexibility in scheduling, enabling employees to decide when and how much they work.

Job Requirements

  • Reliable transportation using personal vehicle
  • valid driver's license and insurance
  • ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
  • minimum of 18 years of age
  • authorized to work in the US

Job Duties

  • Pick up equipment at hub
