The Catering Server position at Parkhurst Dining offers candidate’s an opportunity to join the company’s legacy while advancing their careers in hospitality. This role is vital in ensuring that catered events run smoothly and guests receive excellent service. As a catering server, you will engage directly with guests, delivering warm and professional service consistent with the company’s high standards. Your responsibilities will include following service procedures outlined in Parkhurst's catering manual, executing event logistics based on detailed event sheets, diagrams, pull sheets, and timelines, as well as assisting in the timely collection and organization of equipment, supplies, and food at the conclusion of events. Maintaining the separation of rented items for vendor pick-up is also a key responsibility. This hands-on role demands physical stamina, including standing or walking for the entire shift, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds.
