The Catering & Sales Manager role requires leading social and corporate catering events and managing guest room bookings. This versatile position blends sales, event coordination, and superior guest service to maximize revenue and client satisfaction. Candidates should excel at communication, negotiation, and work well in a fast-paced, flexible schedule environment, including weekends and peak seasons.

You will inspire and support your team, promoting professionalism and care. Responsibilities include selling and managing catering and banquet services, negotiating contracts, coordinating setups, and collaborating with departments to ensure flawless events. You will generate business through networking, manage event documentation, oversee budgets and quotas, and lead pre-, during, and post-event communications. Training and guiding staff to maintain service standards will be essential.
