Among its notable partnerships, Delaware North has been entrusted with concessions, premium dining, and restaurant operations at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin, home of the legendary Green Bay Packers, since 2012. In addition, Delaware North manages entertainment and dining experiences at Titletown, Green Bay’s burgeoning entertainment district, which features attractions like the Homefield Pub + Social and Topgolf Swing Suites, as well as seasonal activities such as sledding and ice skating. This unique blend of historic tradition and modern innovation creates an exciting, dynamic environment for employees and guests alike.

Managing the catering team will be a core responsibility, encompassing recruitment, training, performance management, and payroll accuracy to build and sustain a high-performing workforce capable of delivering consistent excellence during high-energy, fast-paced events. Your ability to handle staffing logistics and maintain meticulous event documentation will be essential to operational success.
This role is perfect for a driven professional with at least three years of catering management experience within arenas or large venues, who thrives in a demanding environment where no two days are the same. Working evenings, weekends, and holidays will be part of your commitment as you contribute to the thrilling game day atmosphere and major celebrations that make Lambeau Field a destination for unforgettable moments. With a competitive salary range between $74,600 and $93,900 annually, plus performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, Delaware North invests heavily in your career growth and well-being. Relocation assistance is also available to support your transition.
