Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
previous experience in catering or food service management
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask and manage multiple events
proficiency with scheduling and payroll systems such as Kronos
willingness to travel between campuses
ability to maintain high standards of quality and service

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
previous experience facilitating communication between sales, culinary, and front-of-house teams
ability to adhere to timekeeping and labor cost control procedures
attention to detail in reviewing catering orders and sheets
positive problem-solving skills
excellent customer service orientation

Job Duties

Train front-of-house staff and develop steps of service
enforce performance and service standards to provide exceptional customer service
organize events and ensure on-time setup
ensure employees offer consistently superior service while adhering to policies
collaborate with other department managers to ensure successful event execution
conduct event walk-throughs to evaluate service quality and customer satisfaction
conduct pre-shift meetings to ensure organizational efficiency and safety training
