Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • previous experience in catering or food service management
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and manage multiple events
  • proficiency with scheduling and payroll systems such as Kronos
  • willingness to travel between campuses
  • ability to maintain high standards of quality and service

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • previous experience facilitating communication between sales, culinary, and front-of-house teams
  • ability to adhere to timekeeping and labor cost control procedures
  • attention to detail in reviewing catering orders and sheets
  • positive problem-solving skills
  • excellent customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Train front-of-house staff and develop steps of service
  • enforce performance and service standards to provide exceptional customer service
  • organize events and ensure on-time setup
  • ensure employees offer consistently superior service while adhering to policies
  • collaborate with other department managers to ensure successful event execution
  • conduct event walk-throughs to evaluate service quality and customer satisfaction
  • conduct pre-shift meetings to ensure organizational efficiency and safety training
