- High school diploma or GED
- previous experience in catering or food service management
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and manage multiple events
- proficiency with scheduling and payroll systems such as Kronos
- willingness to travel between campuses
- ability to maintain high standards of quality and service
Job Qualifications

- ability to adhere to timekeeping and labor cost control procedures

Job Duties
- Train front-of-house staff and develop steps of service
- enforce performance and service standards to provide exceptional customer service
- organize events and ensure on-time setup
- ensure employees offer consistently superior service while adhering to policies
- collaborate with other department managers to ensure successful event execution
- conduct event walk-throughs to evaluate service quality and customer satisfaction
- conduct pre-shift meetings to ensure organizational efficiency and safety training
