Job Duties
- End-to-end event management including coordinating catering requests, entering orders in CaterTrax, and creating Banquet Event Orders
- Building and maintaining client partnerships by reviewing and detailing events to understand client vision and deliver exceptional service
- Leading operational activities such as overseeing setup, execution, and breakdown of events to ensure timely and accurate catering deliveries
- Managing a team consisting of a Catering Supervisor, two Catering Attendants, and a Pantry Attendant to support catering operations
- Maintaining daily logistics and quality control by ensuring smooth catering flow, upholding service standards, and delivering high-quality presentation and guest experience
