The Catering Manager at Go Chicken Go plays an essential role in supporting the community outreach through various catering and marketing events, as well as in-store connection and fundraising initiatives. Reporting directly to the President and Project/Sales Manager, the Catering Manager is responsible for ensuring a seamless catering operation from order to delivery and follow-up. This role requires someone who is hands-on, highly organized, and customer-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet timelines effectively.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the entire catering process, confirming orders on the event day, coordinating with kitchen and operations staff to prepare for catering orders, packaging meals, maintaining a clean catering area, and managing documentation such as customer profiles, price quotes, and invoices. The Catering Manager also delivers orders to clients and ensures a remarkable guest experience both at pickup and delivery stages. Building and maintaining relationships with customers, local community members, and charitable organizations is a vital part of the role, reflecting Go Chicken Go's commitment to community engagement and brand representation.

Job Duties
- Oversee and own the entire catering process from order to delivery and follow-up
- Confirm orders on the day of the event
- Work closely with operations and kitchen staff to ensure the restaurant has all the necessary food and paper goods for upcoming catering orders
- Box meals and pack bags for delivery
- Ensure the catering equipment and area in the restaurant are clean and organized
- Create and maintain documentation for all restaurant catering procedures
- Manage the creation of customer profiles, price quotes, and invoices
- Drive to the client’s location to deliver catering orders
- Ensure a remarkable pickup and/or delivery guest experience
- Follow up with guests for feedback and to inquire about their recent experience
- Build relationships with local community members and serve as an ambassador for the Go Chicken Go brand
- Maintain and grow existing catering relationships, including sending handwritten thank-you notes
- Manage all charitable donation requests
