The Catering Helper role at Aramark is essential in supporting the event operations team to ensure the flawless execution of catering orders and events. This position involves a variety of responsibilities starting from event setup to cleanup once the event concludes. The Catering Helper assists with transporting equipment, food, and supplies required for catering functions and plays a pivotal role during events by serving guests, maintaining food service areas, replenishing supplies as needed, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Establish catering and event services according to customer preferences and banquet event arrangements
  • ensure the safe transport and timely delivery of food, beverages, and equipment to event destinations
  • arrange seating, tables, buffet lines, and event equipment as per the banquet event itinerary
  • replenish food and beverage supplies throughout the event
  • maintain cleanliness and appearance of food service zones during events
  • clean up food and beverage deliveries and break down event spaces after events
  • provide high-quality customer service to event guests
  • adhere to safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment
