Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or catering is preferred
- Valid Food Handling certification
- Valid Alcohol Service certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, pushing, and extended standing
- Adherence to uniform and personal protective equipment guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Experience in catering is a plus
- Ability to work independently with little direction
- Must follow specified dress attire
- Willingness to work during events including weekends and evenings
- Possession of Food Handling and Alcohol Service certifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, and standing for long periods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Establish catering and event services according to customer preferences and banquet event arrangements
- Ensure the safe transport and timely delivery of catering essentials including food, beverages, and equipment
- Arrange seating, tables, buffet lines, and additional event equipment as per the banquet event itinerary
- Replenish food and beverage supplies throughout the event
- Maintain food service zones in a clean and appealing condition
- Clean up food and beverage deliveries after service and break down event spaces after the event
- Provide high-quality customer service to event guests
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment
