You will be responsible for menu development, managing event proposals and tastings, and ensuring strict adherence to food quality, safety, and sanitation standards. Additionally, you will be in charge of ordering, inventory management, labor costs, and food cost control, ensuring the operation runs efficiently and aligns with budgetary objectives.

This role is ideal for a candidate who is extremely detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in high-volume corporate catering environments. Comfortable working in a client-facing executive setting, you will have excellent leadership and communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with the Catering Manager and other stakeholders to provide memorable dining experiences. At Sodexo, culinary excellence is paired with a strong culture of respect, collaboration, and professional growth, offering opportunities for career advancement and continuous learning.

Compensation is fair and equitable, based on education level, relevant experience, skills, and training, with comprehensive benefits that support employee wellness and development.
