The Catering Executive Chef at Suffolk University, employed by Aramark, plays a critical role as the lead culinary professional overseeing the catering operations. This position is responsible for managing and supervising all culinary aspects of catering, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety are met consistently. The Executive Chef will lead a team by training and guiding kitchen personnel, coordinating all related culinary processes to achieve seamless operation during regular services and special events alike. This role requires expertise in estimating food consumption, purchasing, and requisitioning supplies to match the catering demands efficiently.
