Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in catering, food and beverage, events, or related field
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Portland, Maine
- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Availability Monday through Friday with no nights or weekends

Job Duties
- Assist in planning and coordination of catering events from start to finish including logistics, setup, and teardown
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries, customizing orders, and ensuring event details align with client expectations
- Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules for catering orders, event rentals, and additional materials
- Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure accurate preparation and timely delivery of all orders
- Maintain a master calendar of events and deadlines, attend pre-event meetings, and communicate event details to relevant parties
- Liaise with external vendors to arrange equipment, rentals, and other services to support event execution
- Provide on-site assistance during events ensuring seamless execution and addressing last-minute issues
- Manage catering supplies, equipment, and materials to maintain sufficient inventory levels
- Ensure all food and services meet company standards for quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction
