Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of culinary experience
- post-secondary education in culinary arts preferred
- strong leadership skills
- ability to manage kitchen operations
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- effective communication skills
- bilingual in English and Spanish
Job Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years in a related position
- 2-3 years of post-high school education, preferably a culinary degree
- advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices
- experiential knowledge of people and problem management
- verbal, reading, and written communication skills
- bilingual in English and Spanish
Job Duties
- Train and lead kitchen personnel
- supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
