The Catering Chef will play a crucial role in both the kitchen and off-site event locations, requiring a blend of culinary expertise, organizational skills, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Job Requirements

  • previous experience as a chef line cook or catering chef preferred
  • experience preparing food for large groups or events is a plus
  • strong time management and multitasking skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
