The Barback role at Aramark is a vital part of the beverage service team, aimed at supporting bartenders and ensuring that visitor experiences are memorable and seamless. As a Barback, you will be responsible for inventory maintenance, restocking essential items such as garnishes, straws, and napkins, and ensuring bartenders have the clean glassware and towels they need. Key tasks also include sanitizing workstations, keeping beverage areas tidy, and monitoring equipment like taps and coolers for proper functionality. This role is essential in making sure all bar operations run efficiently, from restocking ice, liquor, wine, and beer to cleaning up and securing company assets. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • assist with opening and closing duties such as restocking the bar with garnishes straws and napkins
  • deliver product and use transfer sheets to maintain inventory integrity
  • clean sanitize and maintain appearance of workstations and guest service areas
  • ensure bar is well-stocked with ice liquor wine and beer
  • check taps and appliances to ensure that they are working properly and change out kegs
  • keep the bar clean by wiping down surfaces sweeping and mopping removing soiled glassware scrubbing coolers and storage areas and emptying trash receptacles
  • maintain excellent guest service and a positive demeanor towards guests customers clients co-workers
  • adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
  • ensure security of company assets
