Currently, SodexoMagic is seeking a dedicated and personable Catering Attendant to join their team at their Economic Institution location. This full-time position offers a competitive pay rate of $17.75 per hour. The work schedule includes mornings and afternoon-evening shifts on varying days, which may also include some weekends and holidays, with specific details provided during the interview phase.

As a Catering Attendant, you will be the warm and friendly face that welcomes and serves patrons with a focus on exceptional customer service. Your role is pivotal in ensuring a positive dining experience by serving food and beverages at counters and tables within various food service environments such as coffee shops and lunchrooms. This is a non-tipped service position that requires attentiveness to customer needs, knowledge of menu offerings, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests, answering their questions and making thoughtful suggestions about food and service.

Responsibilities extend beyond simple serving duties; you will memorize or accurately record orders to streamline communication with kitchen staff and service bars, ensuring orders are fulfilled promptly and correctly. Punctuality and reliability are critical, as consistent attendance and adherence to scheduled shifts are essential components of the role.
