The Catering Assistant position based in Colorado Springs offers an excellent opportunity to join this dynamic company. This role plays a vital part in supporting the operational needs of the catering team by assisting with scheduled catering events from preparation to cleanup. Additionally, during periods of low catering demand, the Catering Assistant helps in customer service by cashing guests out in the cafeteria during breakfast and lunch service. Working Monday through Friday from 6am to 3pm, this role ensures no late nights or weekend work, providing a balanced schedule.

The Catering Assistant will collaborate closely with the Catering Manager, Catering Supervisor, and Executive Chef to coordinate and execute catering events seamlessly. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down events, conducting inventories, managing equipment and product orders, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in catering and dining areas. The individual in this role is expected to communicate effectively with management regarding any feedback or issues encountered and uphold the highest standards of customer service and food presentation.
