Job Duties
- Assist with leading catering acquisition and large customer relationships
- coordinate and lead outside events and additional distribution points
- coordinate and lead inside events
- lead catering fulfillment and delivery
- conduct catering guest follow ups and recoveries
- maintain open availability including nights and weekends
- operate catering vehicle and set up tents on sites
