Job Duties
- Providing attentive and personalized service to guests in our casual dining restaurant
- Taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring complete guest satisfaction
- Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of our menu offerings, including daily specials and wine pairings
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure prompt and accurate order delivery
- Engaging with guests, providing recommendations, and assisting with menu inquiries
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Handling guest inquiries and professionally resolving any concerns
- Contributing to a positive team atmosphere by working harmoniously with colleagues
