Torchy's Tacos is currently seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to fill the position of Cashier/Runner, a pivotal role within the Hospitality Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the guest experience by providing outstanding service, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of orders, and fostering a lively and welcoming environment. This is a part-time or full-time position that comes with competitive pay ranging from $12.00 to $13.00 per hour, dependent on experience, and includes tip sharing on top of the hourly wage.

As a Cashier/Runner at Torchy's Tacos, you will be the frontline face of the restaurant, engaging with guests by greeting them warmly, listening to their needs, and offering personalized recommendations. You will operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring quick and accurate transactions while maintaining menu knowledge to advise patrons on current promotions and menu items that fit their dietary preferences. Your role extends beyond the register, as you will also assist in running food to tables promptly and checking in with guests to guarantee their orders are correct and their dining experience exceeds expectations.

The position demands a cheerful and outgoing personality, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Physical activity such as lifting up to 40 pounds, standing for long periods, and bending or reaching will be required, making this a physically engaging job. Additionally, you will work closely with other team members and managers, contributing to a collaborative environment that prioritizes problem solving and exceptional service delivery.
