Job Description

Wingstop is a leading name in the food service industry, primarily known for its delicious wings offered in a variety of bold and distinctive flavors. Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Dallas, TX, Wingstop has grown to become a favorite destination for wing lovers, celebrated for its commitment to quality and exceptional guest experience. The company specializes in classic wings, boneless wings, and tenders that are always cooked to order and hand-sauced-and-tossed in one of 11 signature flavors. Complementing the wings menu are popular sides such as fresh-cut, seasoned fries and freshly-made ranch and bleu cheese dips, making Wingstop a holistic and flavorful dining option for customers. Wingstop's mission is to Serve the World Flavor, which continues to drive the company’s growth and innovation in the quick-service restaurant sector.

Joining Wingstop's family means becoming a part of one of the largest franchisee operations in the United States. The franchisee operates over 100 Wingstop restaurants across various regions, including South Texas, Phoenix, Tucson, New Mexico, Kansas, and Missouri, with plans for continued expansion. This extensive network not only highlights Wingstop's rapid growth but also underscores the robust support system and career opportunities available within this franchise network. With a reputation as one of the biggest franchisee owners in the U.S., as featured in the August 2020 edition of Franchise Times Restaurant 200, this Wingstop franchisee offers a dynamic and progressive work environment.

The team currently seeks enthusiastic individuals interested in advancing their careers in the food service industry. Employees at Wingstop enjoy a fast-paced, hands-on work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth. The role offers exciting career advancement opportunities, supported by ongoing career and leadership development training programs designed to help team members thrive. Wingstop's operational philosophy ensures a balanced work-life experience by closing the restaurants on major holidays including Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter. The restaurant does not offer curbside or drive-thru services, focusing instead on delivering the best dine-in and takeout flavor experiences.

Employees benefit from a rotating schedule, free meals during shifts, and free uniforms after one year of service. Wingstop franchisees also offer competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance along with a 401k retirement plan that features matching contributions. Additionally, paid time off is provided to support employees' well-being and personal needs. The franchise is currently scheduling in-person interviews, providing an excellent opportunity for motivated candidates to join the thriving world of Wingstop flavor and hospitality. This role is ideal for those eager to build a meaningful career in a vibrant company that values its people and their professional development.
