The Fresh Market is currently looking to expand its team by hiring versatile Team Members who can work across multiple departments such as Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. This position plays a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by providing excellent guest service, assisting guests with their meal solutions, and ensuring that the store maintains its high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Team Members are expected to engage warmly with guests, understand their needs, and help them navigate the store’s diverse product offerings.
