The Fresh Market is currently looking to expand its team by hiring versatile team members who are capable of working across multiple departments including Deli, Meat and Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce and Floral, and the Front-End. This role is integral to ensuring that guests enjoy an exceptional shopping experience through attentive service, product knowledge, and support throughout the store. The position requires individuals who can engage with customers effectively to learn about their preferences and assist them in selecting products that meet their meal planning needs. Additionally, team members are expected to maintain and merchandise products, stock specialty items, and contribute to the overall housekeeping efforts to keep the store clean, safe, and welcoming.

This team-oriented role also involves gathering shopping carts from the parking lot and assisting with general upkeep duties within the store to ensure an appealing environment for all guests. Professionalism is essential, including adhering to the company’s uniform standards and maintaining a positive image. The Fresh Market values flexibility in scheduling, as team members must be willing to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and days.
