Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years of age
- available to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- capable of standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting during shifts
- ability to handle job stress while interacting effectively with guests and co-workers
- willingness to comply with company health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- prior customer service experience is a plus
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong multitasking and organizational skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- basic math skills
Job Duties
- take orders from guests
- process payments accurately
- assist guests with prize selection and redemption
- maintain a clean and organized cashier area
- provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude
- cross-train in various positions to support team needs
- handle cash and operating point-of-sale systems
