Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Capacity to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
- Willingness to comply with health and safety standards
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service experience is advantageous but not required
- Ability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality that aligns with a family entertainment environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Job Duties
- Take orders from guests at the point of sale
- Process payments accurately using the cash register or payment terminals
- Assist guests with prize selection and redemption
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and surrounding areas
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Cross-train in various positions to support team operations
- Adhere to health and safety standards during all job functions
