The compensation for this hourly position ranges from $16.90 to $17.90 per hour, with commission-based earnings from sales of memberships and Fun Passes offering additional income potential. Commissions vary depending on exempt or non-exempt status, with payments made bi-weekly unless state law requires otherwise. This position requires energy, enthusiasm, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle the demands of a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
