Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Cashier position does not hold supervisory authority but significantly contributes to store operations and customer satisfaction.

Cashiers will use the KCX cash register system for customer transactions, handle telephone inquiries professionally, and ensure accurate pricing and stocking of merchandise as directed by store management. Additionally, they are responsible for maintaining knowledge of store policies on customer returns and ensuring compliance with all cash handling procedures. Given the retail environment, the role also demands physical stamina to stand for long periods, handle frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds, and perform bending and twisting regularly. This contributes to the dynamic nature of the role and supports the operational needs of the store.
