Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week
- Sit, stand, and walk continuously
- Occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, or climb including use of ladders
- Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds including overhead lifting
- Continuous use of hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation
- Communicate proficiently through speech, reading, and writing
- Maintain effective audio-visual perception and judgement
- Work in indoor or outdoor environments with temperature variations and exposure to allergens
- Operate and work safely with restaurant equipment such as knives and fryers

Job Duties
- Complete all training requirements including the Zaxbys Front of House Development Plan and hands-on stations training
- Provide friendly and enthusiastic service for all guests
- Promptly greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave
- Accurately complete orders and guest transactions by entering them into the point of sale system
- Accept payments, operate cash registers, and maintain receipts
- Handle cash payments, count and verify tills, and record totals appropriately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment including dining room, counters, bathrooms, and building exterior
- Stock paper goods, condiments, serveware, and beverages
- Prepare menu items and beverages according to company standards in a safe and sanitary manner
- Ensure food and beverages comply with safety regulations
- Assist with kitchen and back of house tasks as assigned
- Work safely and follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
