Job Duties

  • Greet all customers when entering and exiting the store
  • Promote the SCHEELS Visa Rewards card and clearly explain all benefits
  • Accurately balance cash drawer at the end of the day
  • Maintain a clean working environment and personal workspace
  • Engage in conversation with customers to add a personal touch to transactions
  • End each transaction by thanking the customer
  • Maintain a professional appearance on the sales floor
  • Contribute to a positive team environment fostering pride and personal growth
  • Perform basic math including computing rates, ratios, and percentages
  • Read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
