As a Cashier/Customer Service Representative (CSR) at CC Holdings, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service by efficiently managing transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting operations behind the scenes. Your responsibilities will include preparing food and beverage items according to café guidelines, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, processing payments accurately, and promoting products and specials through suggestive selling. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly within a diverse team.
