The Team Lead Cashier role at SSP America serves as a critical first step into management within this dynamic environment. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in the food and beverage industry
  • Experience in full service and/or quick service restaurants preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lead and support team members effectively

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Run shifts according to SSP standards and operating procedures
  • Train new hires on operational standards and processes
  • Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required
  • Provide support, coaching and direction to team to deliver business goals
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Perform other duties as assigned
