Job Duties

  • Perform sales transactions in a timely fashion
  • Enter all sales into the cash register to ensure accuracy
  • Make change and accept multiple payment forms including declining balance cards
  • Issue receipts and handle cash refunds according to procedures
  • Interact with customers and resolve complaints amicably
  • Manage cash drawer and ensure compliance with overage/shortage policies
  • Replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies while maintaining cleanliness
  • Keep pastry case stocked
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, ServSafe, and safety standards
  • Perform additional general food service duties as assigned
