Job Description
Raising Cane's is a well-known fast-food restaurant chain specializing in chicken finger meals, renowned for its quality food and exceptional customer service. Founded with a passion for serving great food in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, Raising Cane's has positioned itself as a leading brand in the casual dining segment, focusing on chicken fingers as its core product. Over the years, the company has grown significantly, building a strong presence across numerous locations while maintaining a culture that emphasizes hard work, fun, and community engagement. Raising Cane's prides itself on creating a positive, dynamic work environment where team members are valued, supported, and given the opportunity to grow professionally and personally. This is reflected in their commitment to offering competitive pay, extensive training, and a comprehensive benefits package.
The Restaurant Crewmember role at Raising Cane's is a vital position within the team, embodying the spirit of the brand by contributing to a smooth, enjoyable customer experience. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy teamwork, and are eager to develop skills in the restaurant and customer service industries. As a Crewmember, you may be involved in a variety of tasks including taking customer orders, preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that each guest receives a friendly and efficient dining experience. The position is flexible, offering shifts throughout the day including opening, closing, and everything in between, providing a great fit for individuals with diverse schedules.
The position offers an entry point into the restaurant industry with no prior experience necessary, as Raising Cane's provides paid training to equip new team members with all the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. Starting pay is competitive at $15.50 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to $1.50 additional per hour within the first year through further training, certifications, and positive performance reviews. This emphasis on growth not only benefits the employee but also supports the company's mission to deliver excellent service and maintain high operational standards. The company values qualities such as teamwork, communication, enthusiasm, responsibility, authenticity, and pride in workmanship, all of which contribute to a productive and enjoyable work atmosphere.
In addition to competitive pay, Raising Cane's supports its employees with a range of benefits designed to enhance overall well-being — from voluntary insurance options and financial planning assistance to gym membership programs and paid time off. The environment encourages a culture where fun and hard work go hand in hand, making it an attractive workplace for those looking to start or advance a career in hospitality and food service. Whether you’re a student, part-time worker, or looking for a full-time position, this role challenges and rewards team members who are eager to grow while having fun and making a positive impact in their community.
