Job Description

We are a renowned food and beverage operational company dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Our establishments are situated across various locations in the USA, where a commitment to quality service and guest satisfaction is paramount. As a leading player in the hospitality sector, we pride ourselves on maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and providing seamless customer interactions. We foster a culture of inclusivity and diversity, ensuring that every employee feels valued and empowered to bring their authentic selves to work. Our teams are integral in achieving our mission of excellence and hospitality, making our company a dynamic and vibrant place to work.

The role of the Cashier within our food and beverage operations is crucial for maintaining efficient transactions and elevating guest experiences. This non-exempt position reports directly to the Concept Manager, contributing vital front-of-house functions including processing payments via multiple methods such as cash, checks, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits. Cashiers play an active role in not only financial transactions but also in guest relationship management by greeting guests, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. The use of electronic scanners, cash registers, or related equipment is an essential part of the role, requiring precision and accuracy.

The Cashier is expected to uphold rigorous standards of guest service, maintain tidy and organized checkout areas, and ensure transaction accuracy through diligent cash drawer counts and transaction records. The position often demands swift resolution of guest complaints or queries, supporting an overall positive environment. Physical demands include standing for long periods and occasionally lifting or moving items up to 35 pounds, making physical stamina a key attribute for this position. The role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to enhance their experience in hospitality and customer service within a structured and supportive workforce environment. We prioritize inclusiveness and equal opportunity in our hiring practices, welcoming applications from diverse backgrounds and ensuring reasonable accommodations to support all employees in their essential job functions.
