The working environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring employees to be energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused. Essential physical abilities include lifting or carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing/pulling, walking, and squatting throughout the shift. Team members must also navigate a workspace filled with flashing lights, mechanical parts, and loud noises while maintaining excellent interpersonal skills to handle job stress and effectively engage with guests and co-workers.
