The role involves interacting dynamically with guests and team members in a lively environment with flashing lights, moving parts, and loud noises. The position is well-suited for first-time job seekers or those looking to build a rewarding career in hospitality and family entertainment. Cashiers at Chuck E. Cheese benefit from a unique "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program that allows access to earned wages before the traditional paycheck cycle. Commission incentives are also available, with potential earnings varying by exemption status—Exempt employees can earn from $0.50 to $10.00 per membership sale and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sale. Non-Exempt employees can earn from $2.00 to $8.00 per membership sale and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass sale, paid out bi-weekly unless state law requires otherwise.
