Over 60% of managers are promoted from within, highlighting the company's dedication to career growth and internal advancement.

The role of Cashier at Chuck E. Cheese is crucial as the frontline of guest service. Cashiers are responsible for taking orders, processing payments, assisting with prizes, and contributing to a fun and welcoming atmosphere. This position offers competitive pay between $16.00 and $17.00 per hour, alongside a commission structure that rewards membership and Fun Pass sales. Exempt employees can earn commissions ranging from $0.50 to $10.00 per membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold, while non-exempt employees have commission potentials from $2.00 to $8.00 per membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass sold. Commissions are paid bi-weekly unless otherwise required by state law.

Chuck E. Cheese also provides a unique "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, allowing employees quick access to earned wages, reducing the wait time between paychecks. This benefit supports financial flexibility and employee satisfaction. The role demands physical stamina as employees must be able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities such as standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting during their shifts. The work environment includes exposure to flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises requiring resilience to handle job stress and effective interaction with guests and coworkers.

CEC Entertainment provides a comprehensive benefits package to support employees nationwide. All employees enjoy access to telemedicine, early wage access, a 401(k) retirement plan, employee meal discounts, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), tuition savings, scholarships, and financial relief resources. Part-time employees can enroll in fixed indemnity medical coverage, dental and vision options, and voluntary life and short-term disability benefits. Full-time employees, averaging 29.5+ hours per week, are eligible for more extensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid sick and vacation time, paid holidays where applicable, FSA/HSA options, life and disability insurance, voluntary benefits, legal coverage, and additional education and student loan support.

CEC Entertainment prioritizes health and safety with rigorous sanitation standards and operational procedures aligned with local requirements. The company fosters an inclusive work environment, offering reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
