Non-exempt Cashiers can earn commissions from $2.00 to $8.00 per Membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass sold, paid bi-weekly. Exempt employees have a commission potential from $0.50 to $10.00 per Membership and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass. A notable benefit is the "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, enabling employees to access earned wages without waiting for the paycheck cycle.
